While Matt didn’t have any availability for a lesson... read more that day on short notice he set me up with a rental board and wetsuit, took me to a safe spot for beginners, and gave me all the basics I needed to get up on the board. I had a blast and it was a perfect and memorable first time surfing. Not only that but Matt is a lifelong resident of San Clemente area and is great source of info if you don’t know the area well. He loves his city, he loves what he does, and loves sharing that with visitors. Will 100% be back to see him again on our next trip to SoCal.
