We chose 369 Surf Shop, and it was outstanding from start to finish. My daughter and I booked a private lesson and were paired with local surfing legend Ricky. He handled everything—surfboards, wetsuits, instruction, and finding the perfect break where it was just the three of us for 90 minutes. The entire experience was low-pressure, high-fun, and incredibly personalized. The highlight of the day was watching Ricky perfectly time a wave, give my daughter a push, and seeing her ride it all the way to shore with the biggest smile on her face. That’s a memory I’ll carry for the rest of my life. If you’re going to invest in surf lessons, invest in someone who knows the local breaks, has decades of experience, and genuinely cares about giving you a great experience—not just getting you into the water.
